We designed, developed and deployed best-of-breed payment solutions for Money Center Banks. Now, we can bring these solutions to your enterprise. We especially target small and minority-owned businesses.
The electronic payment industry is fast-moving; the early bird gets the worm, and fortune favors the brave ones who adopt cutting-edge technologies first.
This is our origin story: we convened to launch a start-up bank — First Sovereign Bank of Texas (FSB). But the actuality of any depository institution is strict regulatory guidance from the Federal Reserve Bank. Therefore there are unavoidable barriers-to-entry to engage as a banking start-up.
Before we could emerge as a new depository institution, we must provide a Proof-of-Concept on our technologies, practices and procedures. A technology / processing company, focusing only on merchant payment solutions, requires regulatory approval only from a sanctioning State jurisdiction.
SFE is that Proof-of-Concept, with the resources in hand now to deliver on this business model — immediately. Our mission is to engage enterprises to do more in this FinTech space with our systems and processes. This way they can be faster, stronger, better.
